These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of alamancedemocraticparty.com (the “Site”), operated by the Alamance County Democratic Party (“ACDP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this Site, signing up for our communications, or submitting information through our forms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of This Website

This Site is provided to share information about the Alamance County Democratic Party, our events, volunteer opportunities, candidates, and ways to get involved. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program

If you opt in to receive text messages from ACDP by submitting your mobile number through a sign-up form on this Site, you agree to the following:

  • You will receive recurring messages related to ACDP events, volunteer opportunities, get-out-the-vote and election alerts, fundraising requests, general updates, and replies to inquiries you direct to our office line.
  • Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and may reply HELP for assistance.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not required to donate to, volunteer with, or otherwise engage with ACDP.
  • Participating wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Donations

Donation links on this Site direct you to ActBlue, a third-party platform that processes donations on its own secure site under its own terms and privacy practices. ACDP does not collect or store your payment card or banking information.

Content on this Site, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to ACDP or its licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share or link to our content for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit ACDP and do not misrepresent our positions.
