98 Days Until Election Day

Take a break from whatever you’re doing and do the ONLY thing guaranteed to end this nightmare.

Do this now!

Go to NC VOTER SEARCH spend 30 seconds entering your name, address and year of birth, and you’ll find out instantly if your voter registration is current. If not, follow the instructions to register online through the DMV HERE or you can print a NC voter registration Voter Registration Form

Next, click this Absentee Ballot Request Form for a printable form or call the Alamance County Board of Elections at 336 570 6755 and ask them to send you an Absentee Ballot Request Form. That takes about two minutes.

Make sure your friends and family do the same. If they’re technology-challenged, please help them through it or give them the phone number for the Alamance County Board of Elections: 336 570 6755

Our board of elections has been underfunded for many years and this means that we need to do everything that we can need to help flatten the ballot request curve. This is why now is the time to request ballots, before their system is overwhelmed.

The first absentee-ballots will be mailed out Friday, September 4th. Check your registration and get your absentee ballot — now.

ACDP Billboard

Donate HERE We’re looking at making electoral history this year in Alamance. Join us as we raise money for our first ever ACDP billboard. We’re almost half of the way to our goal already! Please chip-in! We’d like to secure funding for this as soon as possible.

The ACDP Marketing Committee the has been working to develop a strategy that we believe will raise the profile of Alamance Democrats and help us get the voter turnout we have to get. The Marketing Committee has selected a design that we feel captures who we are and what we value. We’ve got a billboard located on Interstate 40/85 between Exits 145 and 147 picked out that we think will allow us to reach as many potential 2020 voters as possible. now all we need to do is raise some money! Our goal is to fund the entire cost of the $3400 billboard through your generous donations. Please consider donating to this fund, as we believe we have a solid plan to make your dollars reach the most voters and potential voters possible. We’ve been too quiet it’s time to make some noise! Give Your Time at Election Time.

Wondering what you can do to help ensure local elections meet the challenges of this health crisis?

Finding election workers is always a challenge and in this election the civic-minded seniors that usually fill these positions should get to sit this one out if they have health concerns. Early Voting workers especially work long days and a couple of long weeks. So if you want more weekend hours for Alamance County voters, giving your time to staff those hours is a great way to help. Also, these are paid positions. More Information HERE
